Open your work calendar and look at it the way someone outside your company would.
Meeting titles are surprisingly revealing: Tender review - Riverside scheme, Interview - senior technician, Site visit - Newport, 2pm. Depending on your sharing settings, external people may also see the guest list and the meeting description, which often has the dial-in details and the agenda.
The default should be free/busy
People outside the business usually only need to know whether you're available. Set external sharing to free/busy only, and keep detailed titles and descriptions for people who need them.
Don't forget the shared calendars
A team or resource calendar created years ago may still be visible to former staff, contractors, or anyone holding the old sharing link. Review who has access to every shared calendar, not just your own.
